I'm just so glad that we have found someone close by and not out of state or on an island somewhere."

Creatively designed to complement the ageless beauty of nature, gazebos and private terraces serve as spaces for lively conversation or quiet meditation. Many say that the open-air rooms overlooking the gardens are fabulous to wake up to, and the beds are divine. A very private and secluded property, Waves of Pleasure is charmingly decorated and furnished in modern contemporary style. The property will accommodate up to six people in three double bedrooms, large dining room and spacious living areas. The attractive veranda provides an elevated viewpoint across the property to the gardens and open forest, large natural stone patio, wide pathways that lead to the pool, two charming gazebos, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Wonderful views to the wilderness and beautiful gardens, and a delightful internal courtyard create an ultimate romantic retreat.You can try new experiences as well as the traditional spa services offered in a unique manner. Imagine receiving an outdoor massage in a screened gazebo one cool summer night or indoors by the roaring fireplace.

The 20' round, 3' 6" deep saltwater pool is enclosed in a large air-inflated dome and heated at 90-95º or body temperature which is quite comfortable and not too hot.

Enjoy a good sweat in the cedar sauna that seats four or a one-person steam cabinet. Work out in the exercise room with a variety of weights and machines. Upon request, other mermaids are available for dual sessions, small groups, or a "special occasion" Pool Party. Yes, you can create your own pool party with your own personal, gourmet chef with extensive knowledge of wines to create a mouth-watering dinner by the fireplace, outdoor vegetarian picnic, or a barbeque on the huge deck or open stone patio.

Suzan's one-guest-at-a-time policy insures privacy and pleasure while you enjoy her spacious country home all to yourself with beautiful open views and the pleasing sounds of tall pine trees swaying in the wind. A special treat is the sound of rain falling on the skylights above the fireplace in the great room. During the day you can gaze upon deer grazing in the forest as birds chirp and sing flitting from one branch to the other. The only "crowd" you will see are dragonflies, hummingbirds, butterflies, and squirrels. During the summer nights the senses are titillated with the perfumed smells of the earth and flower gardens as you look up and touch the heavens, delight in the dancing fire flies, or seek out a shooting star.

You can visit for a day, a night, a weekend, or a week. The Catskills are situated between lakes, mountains, cities, and forests, making it easy to follow one of so many roads, so close to home, to a different world.

Amenities

Sacred Temple Master Suite has a queen-size four-poster bed, private bathroom with his & her sinks, an indoor Jacuzzi that's big enough for two, skylight, TV with VHS, DVD and CD selections, that opens onto a private deck with magnificent views.

Tamarind Room is attractively appointed with a queen-size four-poster bed with views onto the front gardens. The highest quality mattress, comfy pillows, soft sheets, and screened large windows to let in the mountain air providing a great night's sleep. The shared full bath with shower is only a few steps away.

Turquoise Room has an ultra comfortable king-size bed with views onto the front gardens. It is adjacent the Tamarind room with the same quality features. The full bath with shower is shared with two friends when you come as a group.
